In Case Of Credit Note –

Once we receive the returned product, a store credit note will be issued within 3 working days. This credit note will be valid for 3 months.

Orders placed using a store credit note are not eligible for return or another credit note. Only a one-time size exchange in the same style will be allowed in such cases.

In case of a second-time return or exchange, the pickup and delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, defect-free, and have the original tags intact.

For a first-time return or exchange, the customer is required to ship the product back to us. The shipping charges for dispatching the exchange order will be borne by us.
