Return Policy

No Refunds:
We do not accept returns for refunds of the products purchased from Muvazo.

About Discount:
Product price may change after sales or any event. Brand reserve the right to change the discount of any product. Customer needs to pay the rest amount also with a credit note if in case they buy the product in sales/event and return it.

Exchange Policy:
For any exchanges, a request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery of the product.

The brand will not be responsible for any defect or other fabric or size issue detected after the 7 days of the delivery of the product.

International Exchange: The brand will not bear the exchange and re-delivery shipping charges for international orders.

To initiate an exchange of products (If a product is eligible for exchange), the customer can raise a request on the Muvazo Wallet.

For an exchange in size, a request needs to be raised through the return/exchange option, which has the option to specify the product that needs to be returned and the product size required in exchange.

For an exchange to a different product, a request needs to be raised through return/exchange option and the team will schedule a pick-up for the product. Once received, the product will be sent for quality check and the wallet money will be credited to the Muvazo wallet post that the request/order for the new product can be raised.

Muvazo will take the cost for the exchange pick-up and delivery of the product only once. Once the request is raised, the brand will arrange for the pick-up and the delivery of the product.

Upon receiving the exchange return, we will fully examine it and notify you via customer care within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement.

For a second exchange, the charges for the shipping and handling of the exchange items are not entitled to a free pick-up or delivery. The customer has to book the return and bear the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to product during the shipment.

Upon receiving the exchange return, we will fully examine it and notify the customer via customer care within a reasonable period of time, whether they are entitled to a replacement. Ifapproved then we will credit the amount to the Muvazo wallet for the customer to place the neworder.

The wallet does not offer any third time exchanges.

It is hereby clarified that exchange in this policy is applicable with the following conditions:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no make-up marks, no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- If 7 days or more have passed since your product was delivered, we cannot offer you an exchange
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it

*We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
*Altered items will not be eligible for exchange.
*If the product shipped back to warehouse is damaged and not in sellable condition, the
exchange or wallet money will not be provided.
*Any required exchange product depends on the availability of the required product and size.

When will the exchange product shipped?
Once the product which was sent to the customer earlier is received by the warehouse and
thoroughly checked to ensure they are in sellable condition (undamaged/no makeup marks/no odor/unwashed with all tags), then the exchange product will be shipped in 4-5 business days.

Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your product delivered to you in good time.
