In Case Of Credit Note –

Once we receive the returned product, a store credit note will be issued within 3 working days. This credit note will be valid for 3 month.

Orders placed using a store credit note are not eligible for return or another credit note. Only a one-time size exchange in the same style will be allowed in such cases.

In case of a second-time return or exchange, the pickup and delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, defect-free, and have the original tags intact.

For a first-time return or exchange, the customer is required to ship the product back to us. The shipping charges for dispatching the exchange order will be borne by us.

International orders are not eligible for return.
Kindly note, that this Factory Direct Sale collection is not eligible for exchange and returns.

When will the exchange product be shipped?

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality check to confirm that it is in sellable condition (undamaged, unwashed, free from makeup marks or odor, and with all original tags intact). Upon successful inspection, the exchange product will be shipped within 4–5 business days

Product prices may change after sales or any event. The brand reserves the right to change the discount of any product. Customers need to pay the rest of the amount along with the credit note in case they buy the product in a sale/event and return it.
