Cash On Delivery
Cash on Delivery orders is only placed once the Muvazo Customer Assistance team has verified them via email or phone.
● To use the Cash on Delivery service, please double-check that all of the items in your cart are eligible for Cash on Delivery.
● Muvazo serviceable area should include the pin code provided for Cash on Delivery. If not, a pre-paid order must be placed.
● Please do not open the product packaging unless you have paid for it when it is delivered. Please do not accept the order if the product package is already open or damaged in any way at the time of delivery.
● After collecting the payment made at the time of delivery, a promo code for cashback will be generated in 3-4 weeks. Only when the money receipt has been confirmed could this be done.
● Cash on Delivery does not take credit or debit cards.
